650 UHP Graphite Electrode
The main assessment indexes of large capacity electric furnace are consumption and breaking rate. The 650mm ultra-high power graphite electrode produced by our company has strong adaptability with smelting furnace, good thermal shock resistance and high flexural strength.
After the molding process, primary roasting, impregnation process, secondary roasting, graphite chemical process in LWG, machining and production process, the prepared graphite electrode products are finally subjected to outer circle peeling, boring, carding and finished product inspection in accordance with the size required by technical regulations or customer contract, and finally packaged and put into storage.
